This villa boasts a wrap-around view of the endless ocean and lies adjacent to the beginning of a mountain-path hiking trail. The entrance features a magnificent koi pond and opens out to the formal lounge and dining room area. Large glass doors open out to the outdoor entertainment/patio area, barbeque and infinity pool. Both living rooms have gas fire-places. The informal lounge is equipped with a Plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV and surround-sound speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances, scullery with laundry facilities and a pantry. The villa has three bedrooms in total, all with sea views, en suite bathrooms and TV with satellite. The master suite s TV is a large plasma-screen and includes a private gym. The villa has a wireless internet connection, under floor heating and heated towel railings in every bathroom. The villa is safe and secure with CCTV cameras, an alarm beaming system, 24 hour response, intercom and electric-wire fencing. There is also garage parking for 2 cars.

This villa is perfectly located for those wishing to be close to nature and wanting to feel elevated above the world with a wrap-around view of the endless ocean. The villa lies adjacent to the beginning of a mountain-path hiking trail through the vegetation of Signal Hill and winds itself to the summit of Lions Head. The entrance to the villa is via a walk over a magnificant and thriving koi pond. The home s interior is wide open, airy and spacious, but still maintains very distinctive elements of warmth and charm through the over-all use of earthy tones such as woods, beiges, bronze stone-greys, burnt-orange and blacks. The entrance space opens itself up into a wide and conjoined formal lounge and dining room area. All of the sea-facing rooms of the lower-level section of the villa open up via glass doors onto a simply huge outdoor entertainment/patio area. The space is well-shaded and has an arrangement of luxurious outdoor furniture framing the long infinity pool, which appears to naturally spill over the walls edge into the ocean s expanse beyond. The space also includes an informal 12 seater dining table alongside a gas barbecue facility. In side, the house has two separate lounge areas. The first being the aforementioned formal lounge and the second one lying adjacent and in the foreground of the open-planned kitchen. Both living-rooms have gas fire-places. The formal lounge is furnished with couches upholstered in velvet and brushed suede, and the informal lounge has an L-shaped leather lounge suite. This space is equipped for any form of sensory entertainment in that is fitted with a big-screen Plasma Tv,DVD player, Satellite Tv, music system and surround-sound speakers.
The formal dining room is flanked by a solid-wood Grand Piano and the dining table may sit twelve3 people. The open-planned kitchen is fully equipped and functional for all catering requirements and is stocked with top of the range appliances. It includes a scullery with laundry facilities and a pantry. The kitchen exits onto a rear situated courtyard which leads its way to the servant apartment.

The homes elegance and sophistication is further enhanced by the collection of Wilma Du Toit original art.

The home has underfloor heating throughout its predominantly Travertine tiled area and there are heated towel rails in every bathroom. Additionally, the home is very secure, as it has the inclusion of CCTV cameras, alarm/beaming system, 24 hour response, intercom and electric-wire fencing. There is garage parking for 2 cars. The home has three bedrooms in total, with only one of them ( master-suite) having a climate-control/air-con system. All three rooms are fitted with double beds. All three bedrooms have majestic sea-facing views and all three rooms have TV s with satellite TV.The rooms are all with en-suite bathrooms with the Master suite and one other room having both a shower and bath-tub. The master suite s TV is a large plasma-screen and comes with a full entertainment/music system. The room also includes a private and wall-to-wall mirrored gym.

Finally, the upper floor incudes a study/office space with a library shelf of books and a wireless internet connection and a phone line. The entire of the upper-level may be closed-off if so desired with a secure lock-up sliding gate.
