Although this level is smaller in area than spacious upper floor, it is warm, welcoming and elegantly furnished with original art pieces and some antiques The covered patio opens out onto an open paved area and garden, perfect for watching the magnificent sun setting over the sea. Guests have the use of a Pay as You Go Telephone, Wireless Internet, Safe, original fireplace, a guitar for the sing-a-longs, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hob and Oven and Barbeque Facility. There is XL KING luxury bed in the main bedroom and 2 SINGLE beds in the 2nd bedroom that can be made up into a KING on request. It is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays by Elijah Nkhomo, who is an extremely efficient and welcoming Malawian Domestic Manager. Secluded Barley beach is below the house, Theatre on the Bay and it’s restaurant is only a 2 min. walk away, the famous Camps Bay Beach and boulevard with Cape Town’s finest restaurants, pavement cafes and shops are a mere 350 meters stroll away! Close to the famous Clifton beaches, just a drive away from the V & A Waterfront and spectacular Table Mountain cableway. |
