| This beautiful, contemporary two bedroom apartment which enjoys spectacular views of Robben Island and the Atlantic Ocean, and is magnificently positioned on the Mouille Point strip, overlooking the promenade and superbly located for access to Cape Towns beaches, entertainment and the V&A Waterfront. On entering this apartment, the overwhelming impression is the incredible view. Seven stories up, and fully front facing, the view is immense. From Table View to the North, Robben Island directly ahead and down to Mouille Point lighthouse and Sea Point beyond to the South; the view is nothing less than spectacular. The apartment is laid out to focus on this fantastic view. There is a generous open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area looking out onto the spectacular ocean view. The bedrooms are at the back of the property; the main bedroom being en-suite (with a bath and shower above) and the second bedroom having access to separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The lounge opens up onto a balcony via glass concertina doors. By opening up these doors the entire lounge becomes an indoor/outdoor space and you can spend hours soaking up the vibe, watching everyone enjoying the promenade and ocean seven stories below, whilst still enjoying the creature comforts of home. Speaking of creature comforts, this modern property has just about everything that you could wish for. Your entertainment is completely catered for with a large plasma screen with full Sat TV, Broadband Internet access, iPod connection for your music needs, DVD player with a small library of DVDs as well as an XBOX 360 video game console. The kitchen is fully equipped with top end appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass hob, egg maker, smoothie maker as well as a fantastic fridge / freezer combination with its own cold water and ice dispenser. The property also has access to a communal pool, direct access onto the Mouille Point promenade and several restaurants and a spa and beauty centre within a minutes walk. Attention to detail is really what sets this apartment apart; art by some of South Africas top local artists adorns the walls, European and South African plug points are available, the linen is all percale cotton and the duvets are all goose down. Everything in the apartment is of the highest standard, and we recommend it highly as the perfect based to explore Cape Towns beaches (Clifton and Camps Bay are 5 minutes drive), night life (the night life hubs of Green Point and the City Centre are 5 minutes drive), culture and shopping (the V&A Waterfront is one minute away); especially in the Christmas and New Years peak when it is especially helpful to be close to everything!
