| This comfortable cliffside 4* villa is located high up in Clifton and has amazing sea and mountain views. A continental breakfast is included with stay. Street level: Double garage for two vehicles and off street parking in front of the house for four more vehicles. 1st level down: The living area has beautifully decorative lounge, dining and kitchen area with aircon. Second private lounge around the corner on same level, both with their own fireplaces. Lounges walk out onto deck overlooking ocean and Clifton beaches. Second lounge with SmartTV andDSTV. Extra water closet in lounge areas. Kitchen comes with dishwasher. Terrace with loungers and fireplace for barbeque. First bedroom on this level with twin beds, SmartTV, DSTV (this room is not on par with other bedrooms, best used as a staff bedroom (available on request). 2nd level: Wireless internet connection available. Four bedrooms on this level. Main bedroom with king size bed, SmartTV and aircon, walk-in cupboard and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Third bedroom with twin beds (can be converted to King) with heater and SmartTV. Separate bathroom with shower. Fourth bedroom with King bed, aircon and en-suite shower in cupboard.
