| The generously-proportioned main reception rooms on the ground floor benefit from a high volume entrance and lift lobby. Travertine tile flooring is used throughout the ground floor with both underfloor heating and full air-conditioning. The ground floor lounge has a formal dining room and guest cloakroom, family recreational lounge and full-specification Miele appliances kitchen featuring gas and electric hobs and Italian fittings. An adjoining scullery provides further storage space. An attractive conservatory of restful calm beckons.
