The villa is of a very modern and contemporary design, with a fresh and spacious atmosphere. The home has 4 bedroom suites in total, with one of them lying separately on the ground floor. This suite may be used as a more private area as it has its own additional lounge space and kitchen area. Each of the four bedrooms has air conditioning and face majestic ocean views. 3 Bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. One bedroom has a magnificent mountain view from its window. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two, the Master-suite and one other, have both bath-tubs and showers; whilst the remaining two have just showers. The master bedroom is also fitted with a Plasma-screen television and Satellite TV and it has sliding-door access onto the big wrap-around balcony outside. The indoor garage parking for two cars, and off street parking for 4 cars is available. The lower-level lounge area opens up onto the garden with access to the large swimming pool which overlooks the city s skyscrapers and the shoreline to the horizon. Upstairs, the lounge suite is black leather-clad and the area includes a huge Plasma screen TV, DVD player, HI-Fi with surround sound and Satellite TV. The kitchen is open planned and ultra-modern and fully-equipped with top-of-the-range catering equipment. It includes a coffee/cappuccino machine, stove,double-door fridge, microwave, freezer and washing machine. This floor also has a separate dining room with exquisite white leather chairs. The table can seat 10-12 people. The exterior entertainment deck is accessed via the lounge and has a beautiful arrangement outdoor lounge-suite furniture – providing a perfect environment to sip sundowners whilst having a barbecue. This area has a stairway leading down to the lower garden level. Here one can entertain for a bigger crowd of people as the patio is adjoined to the garden with the pool alongside its perimeter. This space is convenient as one has easy access to the ground-floor apartment s kitchen for serving food and it may be transformed into a bar. The patio also has a convenient mobile gas barbecue facility and an outdoor dining table and chairs.
