| luxurious Self-catering Villa and has a setting unique to the property in Bantry Bay. This Luxury Villa offers serenity and the ultimate privacy, with all the bedrooms having breathtaking sea views with the beach only 5 minutes drive away. The Main House consists of 6 en-suite bedrooms. There is an additional en-suite sun deck room. All of the beds apart from the one in the master bedroom can be split so there is the option of twelve single beds in six rooms. The Villa is supplied with members of staff who live on site. They will do basic housekeeping work between 8am and 3pm. They can do extra duties on request but this would be at an additional cost. The Villa can accommodate 12-14 people in 6 Bedrooms with 6 Double Beds or 10 Singles Beds and 1 Double Bed (There is an additional en-suite sun deck room). The Villa has an Open Plan Lounge and 2 Dining Areas. There is a private Jacuzzi off the master bedroom with views over the bay. The Villa has computer facilities (ADSL Line available), Lutron Homeworks Intelligent Lighting System, Air-conditioning throughout the house as well as Under-floor heating. There is extensive outdoor seating in a beautiful landscaped garden. The BBQ area is covered and situated on the side of the pool, with 2 drinks fridges and food preparation areas. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (Fridge x2, Freezer, Ice Maker, Oven, 5 Ring Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine x2, Dish Washer x2 and Tumble Dryer) Entertainment includes a Plasma TV, VCR, Stereo, Mnet, Dual DSTV, DVD, Surround Sound with Subwoofer, and the bedrooms and entertainment areas have a 11 zone Linn Music System. The 20m Rimflow pool stretches the breadth of the property, with a covered BBQ area on the side. For security, the property has an Alarm System which is connected to an armed response company. The property also has an intercom system with electrical gates. For added Security there are panic alarm buttons in all bedrooms, as well as camera security system which is motion sensitive. There is parking for 9 vehicles (triple garage, off street parking for 3 vehicles and roof deck parking for another 3 vehicles). |
