| This tasteful contemporary villa is functional, modern and caters luxuriously for every need of the seasoned traveller. Making the most of its high vantage point overlooking Camps Bay, this villa has been designed to optimise the scintillating views , not only of the shimmering ocean that stretches far out to the horizon, but the majestic shape of Lions Head, one of Cape Town’s iconic hills, which towers above. A state of the art, open plan kitchen serves both a comfortable lounge and an eight seater dinning area, each with simply stupendous views. They offer direct access to an extensive terrace with splash pool, patio furniture, Weber style BBQ and Hollywood style sunloungers. The stunning sea views make this Villa the perfect location for the obligatory sundowner with a bottled of chilled Cape wine while enjoying one of Camps Bay’s world renowned sunsets. Sleeping eight, all four bedrooms are ultra comfortable and offer either ocean views or direct pool access. The second lounge/ entertainment are a fully comprehensive affair with plasmas, surround sound, DVD, satellite TV, and its own mini kitchen. There is also off- street parking, scullery and a large storage room, which can be quickly adapted into a double bedroom. It is just a quick five minutes drive from the happening centre of Cape Town nightlife, Kloof and Long streets. A similar five-minute drive delivers you to the word famous beaches of Clifton and the trendy bars and upmarket restaurants in Camps Bay and it takes only ten minutes to the chic boutiques at the V&A Waterfront. |
