| ID 615/616/617 This classic styled villa may be rented as one complete property or as two individual villas, each with their own pools. The two adjoining villas are linked via one dramatic entrance hall with separate internal front doors leading to each one. Villa 617 has five bedrooms and Villa 616 has four bedrooms. If booked together (using Villa 615 as reference) they sleep a total of 18 people. The property is a convenient five-minute drive from Camps Bay and Clifton beaches but also from the hip and happening centre of Cape Town. Villa 617 This five-bedroomed villa is set on three levels, with the living room, dining area and open-plan kitchen on the upper level. Magnificent views of the sea and Lion’s Head seen from all levels are especially lovely at sundown on this upper deck. The furnishings throughout the house are contemporary Provençal with the emphasis on comfort. The middle level has three spacious bedrooms, one en-suite and the other two sharing a bathroom. All the bedrooms have laminated wooden floors. Two have sea views, while the third has a private terrace. On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms, one smaller (but ideal for whoever wants to be closest to the pool) and the other, a larger en-suite room, with double glass doors giving a view through to the outside pool deck and garden below. This lower pool area can either be shared with the adjacent villa or be for the exclusive use of Villa 617. It’s set into a lush, green garden which has a pathway winding down to a lower terrace set in the shade of the surrounding trees. This villa has its own double garage and off-street parking for two cars and direct access to the house. It has satellite television, Wi-Fi and surround sound. Villa 616 This four-bedroomed villa has a similar Provencal décor but is configured slightly differently. Entry is on the upper level into the entertaining area with a formal living room and eight-seater dining table adjoining the kitchen area. There’s good flow out to the terrace which is protected on the left from the wind by a glass wall, giving full views of the coast, from the mountains to the left and around to the sea and Lion’s Head on the right. Three bedrooms, one en suite and the others with a shared bathroom, are on the middle level, which also has a pool. There’s an outdoor barbeque area and small kitchen around the side for added convenience and entertaining on multiple levels. A self-contained suite is on the lower floor and the bedroom leads out onto the peaceful green garden. It has its own kitchen and a smaller, combined lounge and dining area.
