| BINGLEY PLACE is a beautiful home, the Grande Dame and Icon of Camps Bay, which has the best prime location on the sea and only a few minutes walk from everything that Camps Bay has to offer. This 3 bedroom all en suite Villa on the upper level is very spacious and is the essence of luxury. 2 bedrooms have King Size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king on request. The 2 main bathrooms have separate showers with big baths opening into bedrooms, the third has an indoor shower and outside secluded Victorian Bath! A telephone for local calls, Sat/Cable TV, DVD Player, Sound System, Wireless Internet are available. All bedrooms have safes, clock/alarm/radio/CD players with Ipod connections as well as sitting/reading areas in the two main bedrooms, one with a TV. It is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays by Elijah Nkhomo, who is an extremely efficient and welcoming Malawian Domestic Manager. Travertine floors and bathrooms, magnificent uninterrupted views of sea and mountains from all rooms, open plan granite topped Fully Equipped Kitchen with with Washing Machines, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hob and Oven is adjacent to the Dining Room, which has a piano. Then on to a spacious Swimming Pool deck with luxury cushioned loungers, outdoor dining table & chairs and huge umbrella with the best views you can imagine! In turn, the inviting sitting room with gas fire place leads through to the glass enclosed balcony that can be opened up completely, and the view of the sea and mountains from here is quite awesome. This is a perfect place to soak in the beauty, relax, read and watch the amazing sunsets, which are unique on a daily basis. Secluded Barley beach is below the house, Theatre on the Bay and its restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away, the famous Camps Bay Beach and boulevard with Cape Towns finest restaurants, pavement cafes and shops are a mere 350 metres stroll away! Close to the famous Clifton beaches, just a drive away from the V & A Waterfront and spectacular Table Mountain cableway. A better place to stay would be difficult to find. |
