The house has 2 levels, both of which are on ground floor due to the gradient of the land: 3 bedrooms above and 2 bedrooms below. Both floors are self-contained, have a secure environment with a Security System linked to an Armed Response Unit, electronic gates at private entrances with intercoms, Sat/cable TV, DVD Player, Sound Systems, Wireless Internet Connection, Clock/Alarm/Radio/CD players with Ipod connections in all bedrooms, dedicated parking, sitting rooms, dining areas and fully equipped kitchens with Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Hobs and Ovens. It must be noted that the 3 Bedroom home is very spacious with Sun Room, Pool & Pool Deck, Plasma TV and air conditioners. It is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays by Elijah Nkhomo, who is an extremely efficient and welcoming Malawian Domestic Manager.
