All rooms and balconies have magnificent views of the sea and mountain. Only crisp percale linen is used and there are 3 bedrooms with luxury XL KING beds, 2 of the main bathrooms have separate showers and big baths opening into bedrooms and 3 with showers plus 2 outdoor Victorian baths. 2 bedrooms have 2 x single beds that can be made up as Kings on request. | BINGLEY PLACE is a beautiful home, the Grande Dame and Icon of Camps Bay, which has the best prime location on the sea and only a few minutes walk from everything that Camps Bay has to offer. The house has 2 levels, both of which are on ground floor due to the gradient of the land: 3 bedrooms above and 2 bedrooms below that can be rented out separately or as a 5 bedroom villa. Both floors are self-contained, have a secure environment with a Security System linked to an Armed Response Unit, electronic gates at private entrances with intercoms, Sat/cable TV, DVD Player, Sound Systems, Wireless Internet Connection, Clock/Alarm/Radio/CD players with Ipod connections in all bedrooms, dedicated parking, sitting rooms, dining areas and fully equipped kitchens with Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Hobs and Ovens. It must be noted that the 3 Bedroom home is very spacious with Sun Room, Pool & Pool Deck, Plasma TV and air conditioners. It is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays by Elijah Nkhomo, who is an extremely efficient and welcoming Malawian Domestic Manager. All the bedrooms in the house are en suite, have magnificent views of sea & mountains, fans, heater panels, hairdryers, percale linen, luxurious but homely environment with all the mod cons where old meets new. Secluded Barley beach is below the house, Theatre on the Bay and it’s restaurant is only a 2 min. walk away, the famous Camps Bay Beach and boulevard with Cape Towns finest restaurants, pavement cafes and shops are a mere 350 metres stroll away! Close to the famous Clifton beaches, just a drive away from the V & A Waterfront and spectacular Table Mountain cableway. A better place to stay would be difficult to find. |
