This elegantly furnished villa 3 Bedroom Villa situated high on the slopes of Lions Head with 360 degree views of the sea and the mountain from the main living areas and kitchen offers high quality self catering accommodation. All the rooms are very large especially the over sized main bedroom, which has a separate dressing room area and an en suite bathroom with a separate toilet, Spa Bath and Steam Shower. All bedrooms have SAT TV and a DVD Player with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, which open out onto an Italian styled Garden. The villa has a state of the art security system and high exterior walls with Electric Fencing and Outdoor Sensors. There is a Gas Barbeque and Outdoor Bar Area as well as an Undercover Balcony Area, which offers shade from the harsh midday sun. There is an elegant lounge as well as a casual lounge, which offers SAT TV, DVD and a Music System. The large kitchen has a bar/kitchen counter for breakfast and casual eating. There is Underfloor Heating and Air Conditioning in the casual lounge and 2 of the bedrooms.
