The magnificent panoramic views gives a unique perspective on how beautiful Cape Town can be, especially at dusk with the most striking of sunsets and the sky turning into an otherworldly shade of cyan blue, which literally takes your breath away. The villas unique wind free location means that the entertainment area can be enjoyed by all from early morning through to late at night in supreme comfort. The villa has been designed by Cape Town Architect Christiaan Barnard to make best use of the unique natural light and stunning views. The lounge features a two storey avant garde chandelier as is centre point and the furniture is all custom designed to fit the affluence of the space. The design and art work throughout the villa is by contemporary Cape Town artists Danielle Baptista and Athol Moult. The Villa, which is literally just out the box, is custom designed for modern entertainment needs. There is parking for 6 cars (2 undercover in the garage) a marbled entrance and state of the art entertainment centre. Plasma screen, satellite TV, DVD, piped music and speakers in all rooms and entertainment areas. The house is fully automated allowing you to control all air condition, ventilation and heating with ease. There is a fitted bar, an eight seater dining table and a custom designed island serving centre with built in prep bowl. The three air conditioned, guest bedrooms are all en suite and all offer queen sized beds, mahogany cupboards, heated towel rows, safes and piped music with speakers. Every guest bedroom offers either a sea view with balcony or a peaceful courtyard with relaxing mountain vistas.
