| The Grange Camps Bay a Shining Example. A modern home with unassuming elegance and minimalist style that incorporates the peaceful outdoor environment with its vast expanses of aluminium profile glass that brings the outdoors into the house, allowing much light and framing the picturesque, unspoilt natural environment. Visitors are welcomed by a courtyard of glass and tiles, which seems to extend into the house that opens on to a hallway with a large granite table plus a storeroom and an elevator for garage access. This charming home has an open planned, tiled dining, living and sitting room and kitchen that extend on to the comfortable outdoor area, creating an open, free, relaxed atmosphere perfectly suited to a holiday lifestyle with linear designed furniture and a combination of colours that merge beautifully. The classic and contemporary dining area comprises eight weaved square shaped chairs that are off set by a rectangular brown wooden table, large windows and glass sliding doors to the front courtyard. The living room has a textured rug beneath two attractive very large sofas, a solid dark wood coffee table and a light and dark wood cabinet with a huge plasma screen television for those who enjoy home entertainment. The sitting room has two enormous weaved chairs, a glass and wood coffee table and glass sliding doors to the swimming pool. An aesthetically perfect and functional, fully equipped kitchen is in the centre of the living area flanked on either side by the sitting, living and dining rooms, a place of social activity, with purple suede high chairs and a brown, black and grey dotted granite central island work station as its focal point with a sink for hygienic and quick food preparation. Efficient layout and abundant storage exists such as glass wall shelves, loads of luxurious light wood cabinetry, a cladded stainless steel fridge and freezer, integrated appliances and a separate laundry. At the top of a well lit, tiled and wood and silver balustrade staircase is a fitted light wood desk with computer access and a passage with light wood wall shelves that leads to the villas three bedrooms, which all are en suite and are located on the second floor. Here, visitors can relish their privacy while enjoying an air of quiet calm and lovely views with fitted wardrobes and carpets and fine white bed linen. Bedroom one has an extra-length glass wall, windows and a large beige armchair, bedroom two has large sliding windows to the front and a frosted glass bathroom wall, bedroom three has wooden swing doors to a walk in closet/dressing room with fitted wood and glass shelving and open wardrobes. Pure colours of sanitary ware in the bathrooms complement the environment with little beige tiles, granite vanity areas and wooden cabinets. All three bathrooms have large, crisp clean glass showers and two have soap-shaped bathtubs and windows that face the sea. The living area opens up to reveal a suspended corner nature swimming pool for paddling on hot Summer days and nights and making this area a gem in Summertime. Two grey and silver loungers, a matching table and chairs and an abundance of trees and evergreen foliage with a flowing stream complete this outdoor landscape. A retreat that boasts the utmost comfort, peace and tranquillity. |
