| This state-of-the-art guest villa is nestled high up against the majestic Twelve Apostles, which forms part of Cape Towns Peninsula mountain range. This Villa overlooks cosmopolitan Camps Bay which is vibrant with trendy locals and visitors all year round. The villa is ultra modern with crisp, clean lines and quality finishes throughout. It consists of three levels - two bedrooms on the lower, two on the middle - behind the cavernous kitchen and dining area - and the lounge and home theatre on the third. The out of the ordinary living area is equipped with a high-tech home theatre system, which includes satellite television. Sundowners can be enjoyed from here, either in front of a crackling fire in the decidedly mild Cape Town winters, or with the sliding doors wide open to catch the smell of fresh salty air. Ultra modern furniture is aesthetically pleasing as well as providing comfortable seating for those wanting to relax in style. The two downstairs bedrooms lead directly out into the pool area. These bedrooms each have a queen size bed which is fitted with crisp white linen. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with twin beds, so in total the house sleeps 8. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Entertainment possibilities are endless, with a huge outside BBQ area and a dining room seating 8. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for the gourmet cook with all the mod-con gadgets, including a wine-chiller and separate scullery. The villa has a full time housekeeper who can cook on arrangement, as well as a personal assistant - who can provide local information, facilitate tours, make bookings or provide catering - on call. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with complimentary drinks and canapes and a brief consultation to discuss any further requirements, before being left to settle in. |
