| 20 Ravine Road Bantry Bay All in One. An apartment full of light and full of space situated in a sheltered bay on the Atlantic side of Cape Towns shores is aesthetically beautiful, ultimately efficient and easily accessible with unobstructed views of the vast ocean. This large and integrated, open plan and tiled space is truly modern in style and flows out through glass sliding doors on to an outdoor terrace, making sure that you spend most of your time outside watching the sunsets. Neutral shades reflect light on to the furniture and bold colours make their way into the heart of this home, going as far as a welcoming guest bathroom in the foyer clad with mosaic wall tiles making this apartment an interesting, alive and comfortable composition. On entering the apartment by elevator, there is a kitchen to the left, living and dining areas directly ahead and two bedrooms to the right of the living room. The beautiful fully equipped, large and light modern kitchen has as much creative attention as the living areas and the bedrooms with the use of neutral wood complemented by silver, a large marble countertop providing a place to work on, server for dinner parties, storage space for kitchen paraphernalia and tableware and a social spot for enjoying breakfast.
