| The Rocks, this modern architecturally designed luxury villa is furnished in a comfortable manor combining style and warmth. The Villa is situated in a quiet cull de sac just 250 meters from Camps Bays beach, bars and restaurants. The master suite is spectacular and takes up the entire top storey of the house, offering superior Ocean, beach and mountain views. It is gloriously air conditioned with the splendid looking LG top of the line air con unit. Its open plan bathroom is the best Ive seen in Cape Town. Of course satellite TV. Finishing of the suite is a very large private terrace again offering superior views. Two further en suite bedrooms are found on the ground floor level both are of good size and have Satellite TV, built in cupboards and garden views. A further bedroom is found on the same level, this bedroom is large but has very small windows and is not en suite. It has a TV and can accommodate 4 kids in single beds if you need. Again on the ground floor level you will find the garden, well manicured with palm trees and a waterfall is present created from water cascading down from the swimming pool on the level above. The Middle level is dedicated to entertainment, a large open plan formal lounge is fully air-conditioned offering superior ocean views, It has a beautifully designed gas fireplace and a stunning 8 seater dining table. This flows in one direction to the swimming pool, outdoor terrace and BBQ area, again offering beach and ocean views. In the other direction is the designer kitchen, featuring a gas stove and all the latest appliances.
