African Views House is a superbly appointed three bedroom villa, in a sheltered location, very close to Camps Bay Beach. The house has beautiful vistas of both the Twelve Apostles and of Camps Bay Beach, and all the way down the peninsula towards Llandudno. The interiors of the house are tastefully furnished, and objects dart are to be found throughout the property. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. These bedrooms are generous, and have en-suite bathrooms. |

| The view is of the promenade and the restaurant section of the strip, as well as of the palm-lined beach and the vast expanse of ocean. A leisurely trip in the gliding funicular offers one a more leg-friendly option to the to the very high, main entrance. The swimming pool is in close proximity to the outdoor lounge-suite and so offers an environment in which to simultaneously dine, swim and sip on cocktails. The space also features a fully-equipped gas-barbecue facility. The living space includes a lounge, dining room and kitchen. Low-slung leather chairs face the large TV cabinet which also houses the full entertainment system i.e. DVD player, satellite and music system with surround-sound. A gas-lit fireplace frames the lounge space. The dining area consists of a round wooden table and may sit eight people. The kitchen is equipped with every top-of-the-range appliance and is beautifully finished. Its rear includes the additions of a scullery and laundry space. The villa features under-floor heating throughout. The villa comprises of three, individual en-suite bedrooms with ocean views and TV with satellite. All bedrooms share one large balcony area. This villa is not suited for children under the age of 12. |
