Despite being within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants, you feel far removed from it all on this quiet cul-de-sac. The actual property is an expansive villa, which despite being thoroughly modern and enjoying all conveniences, has an elegant and timeless feel about it. The rooms and public areas are spacious and open, and clever use of wood and glass gives the entire villa an open, light and uncluttered feel. The rooms open up onto generous decks and balconies, and the garden is very large for a house in this position. The lawn gives way to a beautiful rim-flow pool that enjoys an unrivalled view of the ocean; perfect to lounge by, and dip into, on those days where you would prefer not to contend with the crowds down at the beach and on the promenade.
