| The Penthouse is situated in a quiet residential street below the 12 Apostle Mountains, and a just a few minutes level walk (150m) from the beach, restaurants and shops of Camps Bay (just behind the Bay Hotel). The Penthouse is connected to the ground floor by elevator. Tastefully decorated in attractive African Renaissance style throughout, it has 3 double bedrooms all en suite, from where you can see and hear the waves breaking. The main bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has twin beds and 3rd has a double bed. All have a freestanding colour satellite television and hairdryer. There are stunning views of the palm-lined beachfront and ocean from the living area and all the bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher. The living area has a large lounge/dining room fitted with a safe, state of the art audio and TV equipment, a bar, and leads out onto a wrap around patio with heated Jacuzzi, electronic awnings, barbeque facilities, and of course, magnificent sea views. There are laundry and Internet facilities, and there is secure garage parking for 3 cars as well as off-street parking for 3 cars. The Penthouse is serviced daily, except for Sundays and Public holidays. |
