| Ideal for two couples sharing, this modern villa has two bedrooms: a large open-plan suite upstairs with a balcony and views towards the sea and another en-suite bedroom downstairs. The living area is open plan with a double, L-shaped lounge – one part leading directly onto the pool deck and the other at the front of the house. The more formal television lounge has a ‘viewing’ window with a sofa placed facing the sea – perfect for early mornings. A gas fireplace adds warmth in the evenings. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and leads directly off the dining area with its eight-seater dining table. The elevated entertaining deck overhangs the lap pool in the garden below.
