| Ideal for two couples sharing, this modern villa has two bedrooms: a large open-plan suite upstairs with a balcony and views towards the sea and another en-suite bedroom downstairs. The living area is open plan with a double, L-shaped lounge – one part leading directly onto the pool deck and the other at the front of the house. The more formal television lounge has a ‘viewing’ window with a sofa placed facing the sea – perfect for early mornings. A gas fireplace adds warmth in the evenings. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and leads directly off the dining area with its eight-seater dining table. The elevated entertaining deck overhangs the lap pool in the garden below. Victoria Road connects Llandudno and Hout Bay with Bakoven, Camps Bay and the city, so access is easy and convenient. |
