BOOKING
TERMS
A
deposit of first nights accommodation will secure your reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to
date of arrival.
No children under the age of 16 (sixteen).
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation
within 21 days of date of arrival 50% of full accommodation
payable.
Cancellations within 7 days of date of arrival full accommodation
payable.
In the event of premature departure the extent of stay as originally
booked and confirmed will be charged.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion
of management and the ability to relet the rooms.
