Cape Villas Guest and staff reviews for Villas ID:456
Cape Villas guests are asked to fill in customer feedback reports as well as individual comments (which can be reviewed by clicking "Read full guest report" under the individual report graph.) All reports are placed on this page, not just the favorable ones, please check the individual review for the action we took for the very rare unsatisfied customer. The 6 graphs represent the average rating of all guest reports for the specific categories, rated by a tick box containing the following options. Excellent = 100% Good = 75% Average = 50% Poor = 25% very Poor = 0% (We do not include winter results for swimming pools as guests tend to review the coldness of the pool not the actual pool. Feb. & March 2008 reports did not include security or pool fields, previous reports are set to zero if an upgrade had been performed (such as heating a swimming pool) Cape Villas staff reviews are compiled by Sales/Reservation managers, hospitality managers & Nick Ray Ball Cape Villas CEO. For these reviews we rate with specific individual percentages. Few reviews and and high ID number indicates new properties.
